Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TablesToXYZ (the "Service"), which converts documents into spreadsheets through AI assistants and this website. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

You upload a document through a connected assistant and receive an XLSX or CSV file. Current limits are 10 MB and 20 pages per file and a monthly page allowance shown on your account page. We may change features, limits and allowances over time.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address, keep your sign-in methods secure and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Your content

You keep all rights in the documents you upload and the files we generate from them. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service to you, including sending them to our AI and infrastructure providers described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to upload each document and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right, including data protection law. Files are deleted automatically after 7 days.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to process.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or reverse engineer the Service.
• Do not circumvent allowances, rate limits or access controls, or share your account.
• Do not use the Service to build a competing product through automated bulk access.

We may suspend access that breaches these terms or threatens the Service or other users.

5. Accuracy; no professional advice

Extraction is performed by AI models and can contain errors, omissions or misread values. We reconcile totals and flag rows that need review, but the output is provided for convenience and you must verify it before relying on it, especially for accounting, tax, legal or financial decisions. The Service does not provide professional advice.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue the Service, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 euros. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use after the change means you accept it.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. Questions: support@tablesto.xyz.
