A needs-review column tells you exactly where to look, so a two-minute glance replaces a two-hour recheck.
Typed cells that SUM, sort and pivot on the first try. No text that only looks like a number.
Every table row from every PDF is stacked into one sheet called Combined. The first two columns, Source file and Source page, say where each row came from; the rest are the table columns, matched across files by header name.
Columns with the same header (ignoring case and spacing) are merged into one column. Columns that only some files have are added at the end and left empty for the other files. If the headers barely overlap, you get a note naming the files that differ.
Up to 10 PDFs, 10 MB and 20 pages each, and 50 MB and 50 pages combined, per conversion. Every page counts toward your monthly allowance.
Yes. Ask for CSV and you get a single CSV file with the same stacked rows and the Source file column.
Inside ChatGPT and Claude as an app/connector, and in any client that supports remote MCP servers, such as Cursor and VS Code. You ask in plain language, attach the file (or use the upload button), and get a download link.
Uploaded documents and the generated spreadsheets are stored only so you can download them, and are deleted automatically after 7 days. Documents may be read with AI models as part of the conversion.
