What is TablesToXYZ?
A connector for AI assistants. It adds tools to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and VS Code that turn PDFs, images, receipts, invoices and bank statements into XLSX or CSV files.
How accurate is it?
Extraction uses AI models, so results are checked: totals are reconciled against the document and anything that does not match, or could not be read confidently, is flagged as needing review. Always glance over financial data before relying on it.
What happens to my files?
Files are stored only so you can download the result, are deleted automatically after 7 days, and are never used to train AI models. See the privacy policy for details.
Do I need to open a website to convert a file?
No. You work inside your assistant: attach the file and ask. If your client cannot pass the file along, the assistant shows an upload button instead.
Are there limits?
Each file can be up to 10 MB and 20 pages. The free plan includes 20 pages a month, and your usage is shown on your account page.
Which formats do I get?
Excel (.xlsx) with real typed numbers and dates, or CSV (UTF-8, comma separated). Documents with several tables become one sheet per table, or a ZIP of CSVs.
Will it judge my receipts?
No. It will, however, itemise them.
